That's me and my friend Katie on a long ride up through Lake Geneva this past summer.  

yup. about a week before I did the classic first=time=in=clips fall and landed on my knee - it was rather swollen and painful... kinesio tape got me through 

OK, since the guys were so nice to post, here is me at my first tri.
