3-5 mile run (going by feel, haven't settled on exact training schedule), then 90 minutes upper body/core workout. 

 And hopefully less food, I still have some body fat that needs melting.  Working too hard on these abs to hide them under an inch of blubber.

1,500 yards in the pool this morning with an unplanned 1,000 yard TT as the first part of it.

New PR!!!  17:04 (1:43 pace).  I must be doing something else right in the pool because it ain't any volume that is dropping my times ......

Here's my afternoon run:

Run, Planned duration: 1:00 , Planned distance: 0.0 miles

 

Run a hilly course. Heart rate in zones 2-3 on uphills. Otherwise heart rate in zones 1-2. Take it easy on the downhills.

I'm in mini taper mode - doing the bike portion for the Go-Go-Girls this weekend at SCHIM!
