COURT JESTER  12230     ROCKFORD, IL |  Subject: IT's A BOY ! ! ! ! !Hi Gang, and TEAM ONE. On january 8th the training took a MOST WONDERFUL setback with the addition of our first child. Christian (boy) was born at 7lbs and 20inches and there's no sound like that first cry you hear after the birth. Anyway, had a few people I'm talking with on here ask me to include a picture so here goes. TEAM ONE, I'll get my official weigh in done soon and get back on track as I need to be in great daddy condition when the kid gets old enough to have unlimited energy. Ty |

COURT JESTER 12230 ROCKFORD, IL | Subject: RE: IT's A BOY ! ! ! ! ! I figure about a month from now I'll be teaching him proper technique for squats. Put him on is stomach during awake time and work pushups. Right now he's working on grip strength with mom and dad's fingers. Thank you all for the kind words. My wife is taking 3 months off work and I'm going to get back to the gym a few mornings next week and see how that goes with her staying home. For the ladies here, YES I get up at night to change the diaper after a feeding.....and I love it. :-)))) Have a blessed day Ya'll. Ty |
