These are things that make you go "hmmmmm". They don't need to make you go hmmmmm. It is scientific fact that exercise releases endorphins which = happy/elated feelings. Lots of studies on it out there. Personally? I guess I'm endorphined out from years of endurance sports. It is very very rare I get to that point where I have a "runner's high." I'd say the last time I really had one is when I finished the only 5k I've ever won (about 2 years ago ). Edited by Daremo 2009-11-24 11:57 AM
