I've been eating simple foods for awhile now. Lots of nuts, dried fruits, oatmeal almost every morning for breakfast. I cook very few foods, eliminated rice (except the ocassional sushi ) and pastas. Try to get my proteins in whole forms - chicken, fish, nuts. Salads are mostly spinach based. I allow myself kettle chips, ice cream, butter, cheeses - but I don't overindulge. |
