Rumpus is only a couple hours...you've got an IM on the schedule this summer. Well, I started behind plan with less base for IM due to an injury, but I have been completing all the workouts for the BT 20 week Beginner IM program. It starts to pick up weekly hours at the end of this month, so we'll see how that goes. But yea, the Olympic is just an early fitness test and practice for OWS, my plan says to do a longer day, but I think I might be able to race this one and be ok. I also have the Kinetic HIM on my schedule, but I'm doing that as a long catered training day and "practice" for OWS, transitions, pacing and nutrition for IMCDA. Edited by mdfahy 2011-03-11 8:25 PM
