When I was studying Chinese in Harbin (far northern China) my cutoff was 25 below. I found my face tended to freeze unless I smeared it with Vaseline....but then you Canadians probably know all the tricks. "Winter" here, which means it's maybe 20 above (degrees C, about 68 F) in the mornings now. Easy 30 minute run this AM; 50 minutes of Jorge bike torture PM, a little core and upper body stuff after. Can I log eight hours of elementary teaching and shepherding kids up and down the 78 stairs to my 4th floor classroom?? |
