Count me in and this should be um interesting.

Swim 24,000 yards

Bike 400 miles

Run 110 miles

And lord have mercy on my soul. 

(As a comparison last Februrary actual was Swim 0 yards, Bike 135 miles, run 30 miles so nah this shouldn't be too ambitious, cringe who wants to be on my team ..Wink...).

Ya I found a pool, but the closest one is a 100 mile drive each way to get to the pool.  So I guess I should add the goal of:

Drive to the pool:  1600 miles to my goals. 

To my other goals for Feb.

Mileage and distance TBD 'cause this is a cardio only plan, and the trainer decided not to show distance.   My goal also includes ST at least once a week, and my personal Ashtanga practice every day, in addition to The Plan.

Ok, here are my goals.

I have to say that they aren't nearly as large as most of you on here, but I am still working up to my first Sprint tri.  I created these goals by looking at my last months and upping my mileage on everything.  I am stretching my goals, but feel confident that I can cover the mileage.  (Feb is a challenging month due to only 28 days and the fact that I am going on an extended weekend vacation the last weekend of the month)  So here goes:

Run: 25 miles, up from 17 this month

Bike: 70 miles, up from 47 this month

Swim: get started this month.  I have not started swimming yet at all.  Get to the pool at least three times.

I would like to participate as well.

My goals are...8 sessions each of swim, bike, and run, and 12 pushup sessions.

Some of the sessions may be short (I am getting a cold), but my focus right now is just getting the workouts in.  I am in the process of changing my schedule in order to fit everything in...work, school, and training.
