Subject: RE: FEBRUARY Stick to the Plan ChallengeOk, here are my goals. I have to say that they aren't nearly as large as most of you on here, but I am still working up to my first Sprint tri. I created these goals by looking at my last months and upping my mileage on everything. I am stretching my goals, but feel confident that I can cover the mileage. (Feb is a challenging month due to only 28 days and the fact that I am going on an extended weekend vacation the last weekend of the month) So here goes: Run: 25 miles, up from 17 this month Bike: 70 miles, up from 47 this month Swim: get started this month. I have not started swimming yet at all. Get to the pool at least three times. |
