The Mrs. has been waking me up for nookie in the wee hours of the morning (sill insomniac). So I am trying to balance my arousal with my early morning training schedule.
Quickies before workouts are GREAT!!! And since I avoid early am workouts, I guess I'll check the afternoon box. Except on weekends. We "sleep in" so I better check the am box too. Late night not so much. Usually late night is preceded by a workout, good food and a glass of wine. Sleep tends to follow wine. Not so much sex when asleep.
