Subject: RE: February TotalsOne of my best months ever. I logged more hours training than in any other month prior. I lost about 10 total pounds over the month, and had a mix of S/B/R that isn't as common. Run focused this month as training for my first marathon in mid March, though probably not quite ready yet. Anyway the totals are: S - 4500 yards - 1h 41m 25s B - 39m - 2h 18m 33s R - 121.52m - 18h 49m 33s elliptical training - (running substitute when too ugly to run outside) - 3 hours almost 26 total hours of training for 29 days. I'm pretty happy about that. Will only increase as the weather gets nice. |
