Proof of life- I'm still active, but doing anything but TRI training. Doing more Crossfit training for a competition on Nov. 4th, and as much cycling as I can for two races early December. I have an obstacle course race this weekend, and on 10/29 a half marathon. I seriously need to start checking the calendar before I say "yes" to these things! Totally feeling spread thin... and really sore, all.the.time. Awesome race list! Get it, guys! I'll be doing Konqer Obstacle Course race on Sunday and trying really hard not to hurt myself before the Crossfit deal. Hope your week is full of good stuff!! |

My longest run since my HIM in July has been 13km and the race was 30....was having cuboid syndrome issues so run volume was down. We just decided it would be run and then drink beer. 17km in and neither of us was sure we were going to finish, but we made it! First half is super technical, with first 9km uphill.
