2 bananas, 2 pieces of peanut butter toast - 100% whole wheat of course.

How are you fueling your daily workouts, triathletes?

Depends on  what/when the workout is. AM run--no food if under 90 minutes, maybe half a cup of coffee. If over 90, energy bar or piece of toast and coffee, more after run. AM long bike--oatmeal, whole wheat toast with peanut butter and banana if I have them, juice, coffee.  Same if workout is PM. Teach 18 kids all day--must have coffee!

Today was homemade unsweeted strawberry jam on two pieces of wholemeal bread.  Usually it's a bowl of Oats with raisins, almonds, honey, and soy milk.

Hmm, I'm the odd one. I had tuna steaks left over from dinner last night so I sliced one up and put it on a bagel with some tomatoes. Plus half a pot of coffee. Protein, carbs, and caffeine, I am properly fueled

A heaping spoon full of peanut butter and a spoon full of steel cut oats (raw).  It's like chewing on ballbearings and glue at the same time.  Wash it down with a couple swigs of milk.

I'm with ya!  I've always liked non-traditional breakfast foods (some would call them lunch or supper foods) for breakfast.  Leftovers: oh yeah!!

Banana berry protien shake, like every day - one banana, cup of strawberrys, cup of skim milk, scoop protein powder, scoop of flaxseed, and scoop of Amazing Grass Green Superfoods.  Doesn't look that great, but it tastes good!
