Feeling good, just been doing a little bit of base building, missed most of a week due to being sick, 20 week plan for IM CDA starts next week!

As pulled from Garmin Connect since not everything seems to be transferring to BT.

I've never had such a consistent month! Probably because I am in IM training and scared crapless of IMTX, so it is quite motivating

Swim - 10725 meters
Bike - 285 miles
Run - 74 Miles
Strength - 4.5 hours

Weather and no desire to swim is messing me up right now.  Would've been close to 100 miles for run barring snow / ice days.  That would've been a win for me.

Swim = 26,200 yds  / 8 hrs 1 min

Bike = 187.6 miles / 10 hrs 42 mins (all trainer so that's subjective for mileage)

Run = 81.5 miles / 13 hrs 8 mins

I'm about the same as you except for the swim:

Swim: 7h 22m 29s - 25,114 Yds
Bike: 11h 10m 00s - 201.60 Mi
Run: 10h 15m 37s - 65.48 Mi

Need to get the bike/run mileage up a bit.  I have Chattanooga 70.3 in May.

Me:  27 miles running (first time running for a month since knee surgery)

        64 miles on the bike (all trainer)

Jr:    78 miles running (including 4:24 indoor mile race)

        160 miles bike (60% on trainer)

        118,200 yards swimming

Getting back to training is nothing short of hell for me.  Looking forward to better days.

This was a cool one for me!

I took the month after my marathon to focus on some non-running stuff (still keeping a base)

Bike: 5 miles (on a child't beach cruiser mostly but also a fat bike)

Strength: 2 hours

Cross Country Ski: 2.5  hours

Rock Climbing: 4.5 hours

Running: 258 miles

Mountaineering/Ski Mountaineering: 24 hours including the summit of Mt. St. Helens and 4-5 smaller peaks

Consistent, I guess. Kind of light on the swimming but I didn't have pool access for January 1-12! Pretty happy with bike and run considering I was sick for about a week and this is also probablt my craziest work week of the year--finishing up track season (it's a winter sport here, the only time it wouldn't be life-threatening for the kids), taking online coursework, plus teaching.

Best month of training ever. A plan has helped immensely.

Cycling: 133.2 Miles. All trainer
Swimming: 10,200M
Running: 16.3 miles

Great news is that I am pain free running. Hoping to slowly build all year!

Ha! If I put that number on letsrun I'd get laughed out of the place! I gave up swimming and cycling, at least for a couple years.
