Not optimistic --had a terrible run yesterday. So it will probably just end up being a midlength sort of fast training run for and not the PR confidence boosting race I was hoping it to be. Training run. Training run. Training run. That is what I keep telling myself so I will not be disappointed. I"ve pr'd the 2 yrs I've done this race and placed in my AG. Training run. Training run. I've only been training for about 5 weeks since my end of season break and it's all been base work so I'm not expecting a good result. Just going for the social side of things (there's a pub at the top of the hill  ). |
