Ignoring the 'sports' (kayaking, seasonal), my best month yet.

DID YOU KNOW, you can easily export a graph from 'my reports' - just click on the little 'download' icon in the top right of the graph.  This came along with the new site as we updated the graphs package, we just fixed a few bugs from it but it seems to work well now.

Another unbalanced month of running, with my season ending with my first HM it's understandable.

Swim: 40m - 1800 M

Bike: 2h 09m 53s - 24.8 Mi

Run: 9h 32m 34s - 59.85 Mi

Volleyball: 3h 15m

Run - Nope, nada, zilch

Just getting back into the swing of things after my surgery, feeling pretty good and just building base on the bike a ton of z2 work. I'm not running for a long time (March at the earliest) because I get hurt too damn much.
