How often do you stretch?

Always. The engine only operates at maximum efficiency and does not break down when properly maintained.

After every workout.
Before most workouts (gently)
Periodically throughput the day when I feel tight
A couple of other times during the week

One of my current goals is to stretch every after workout... it doesn't take that long (I mean, I SBR 8-12 hrs/ week... I can fit in 10 min of stretching/ day!) and my PT said it will help with the achilles tendonitis

Used to be never, but after a few injuries and PT, that has changed to every day.  Much easier to stretch than to spend months not being able to run because my ITB is so swollen and tight.

I stretch every time after I run or bike; I don't stretch as thoroughly after swimming, but I do stretch my arms and shoulders if they feel super-tired.

Same here. Often after a swim i go to the sauna and completely forget to stretch. But stretching is second nature after being in dance and gymnastics as a kid! We always seemed to be stretching ... now if I could be as flexible now as I was then ....

And Yoga does help ... love it! but hardly ever get to it any more.

Agreed

I used to never stretch; however, after I pulled my calf I have added stretching/the stick daily.

Stretch very lightly for a couple minutes before I swim in the mornings.  Otherwise very little.

After most runs.  Trying to get into the habit after each ride now as well.  I will also stretch on the bike while riding/racing.

Never before either.

I stretch a little bit after a workout, but most of my stretching is before I go to bed at night.  Like 3x30 seconds each leg for hamstring/quad stretches, stretch my calves 2-3 times a day if they're really tight.

Not enough!

I wish I could say always, but I'm a sometimes girl.  It's one of the reasons I liked going to yoga so much...it's like forced stretching!

I just haven't found a good yoga place in my new location yet.
