The sound of tires on pavement with nothing else disturbing it -- no traffic, no squeaking drivetrain, no barking dogs. Usually only happens at 3 am... My 2-month-old sleeping in my arms. (and no poopy diaper) Lacing up a new bike wheel from loose parts. Running in the woods when it's lightly raining, and there's nothing around but nature. |

Spend most of our childhood trying to avoid them and a big part of adulthood trying to get them back. Getting and giving attention from/to a dog. Cap purring on your lap. A little kids giggle. There is absolutely NOTHING more infectious. It makes me smile every time and just lifts me. Even though I don't have kids. |
