Bike: 14h 46m 20s (mostly on trainer, but one glorious 2:30 ride in Oregon! )
Run: 14h 22m
Strength: 3h 10m
RE Kona--We drove past there several times last summer, and did a beach hike nearby. It felt like an oven and I thought, "How do people bike/run here?" I did get quite a bit of running in, but will admit that we booked a place way up in the coffee-farm hills so it would be cooler at night and for my morning runs! Didn't run anywhere near the IM course. Would have swum some of it but there was a storm offshore and waves were crashing onto Alii Drive. Oh well. |
