Subject: RE: 2009 Total Training Thread!Half of my run mileage in 2008 was from walking. In 2009, I logged only runs in the Run section, so that went up quite a bit. I spent 3 hours less on the bike, but did 100 miles more. That's pretty awesome! I spent twice the time swimming, but went more than three times the distance. My strength training, however, did suffer. I hadn't had a chance to really look at these stats until this post.
