Not a bad month for me. Unfortunately, this is about all of the training time I could set aside from work and family stuff, so I probably won't be able to step up training very much from here.
Overall an OK month, a touch of illness in the beginning and toooo many cold days to work in long rides, so 3 or the 4 long rides were spent inside, where I had to cut them short due to potential mental instability
The basketball is high school officiating, mostly 2 person so a fair amount of running depending on the game/style of play. I was dealing with achilles and knee issues as well which both seem to be on the mend. Need to pick up running for April marathon, so bike will continue to lag as well as swim.
Sheesh. I thought I was all badass just even swimming again. Obviously, judging from how hard core everyone else's number are, I gotta get my tushie in the pool more.
